Hi, I found you through Lasang Pinoy. Your recipe looks delicious. Now I have something to use my leftover banana leaves for.

This looks so good - I've always been one to enjoy making parcels of things. I must try it. However, I think I"ll use fillets of fish instead of a whole one - I hate seeing eyes looking at me when I eat!

love your blog, i'm a devoted reader.
i was very thrilled to read this recipie for ginatang isda.
my mother grew up on a farm in laguna, ph and everytime i went home to visit the family, rest assured this dish would be served.
since our family farm border the banks of the nearbt "ilog" fish is abundant. in my family's recipie we use tilapia and we grill the fish over cocunut charcoal. DELISH!
your recipie has a nice touch of incorporating herbs (ours was very straightforward, coconut milk, garlic, hot chili peppers, sea salt)

keep up the great work,
