Perdue Shortcuts honey-roasted chicken, roughly chopped
3/4 cup fresh Thai basil, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 stalks of scallions, finely chopped
2 tiny green chilis, finely chopped
2 tbsps fish sauce
2 tbsps peanut oil
1. Heat up a large skillet, add oil and sautÃ© garlic until golden brown. SautÃ© scallions until soft. Add chilis and stir for about a minute.
2. Add chicken and mix until chicken is hot and coated with oil. Add basil leaves and fish sauce. Cook for less than five minutes.
