Roasted Mushrooms and Pearl Onions

Adapted from Everyday Food
1/2 pound of crimini mushrooms, stems trimmed
1 small bag of pearl onions, peeled
1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper
1. Preheat oven to 425º. On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss mushrooms with onions and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until tender and browned, stirring halfway through.
